Matthew 5:9
Message version
“You’re blessed when you can show people how to cooperate instead of compete or fight.
That’s when you discover who you really are, and your place in God’s family."
~
Jesus made this statement right before he spoke about us being salt.
~
We're Salt when we walk in Love.
We're light when we walk in Love.~
Salt is the LOVE of Christ that preserves Life.
The Love of Christ with in us is the Salt that preserves lives.
The Truth of Christ's Love is the Salt that preservers our lives.
Love and Truth are synonymous and can never be separated.
TRUTH and LOVE are
One and the Same Person of our
Father ~ YHVH.
Light is the Love of Christ. The Love of Christ is our Light.
~
Love and Truth always fly together.
Love and Mercy always fly together.
Love and Justice always fly together.
They are all one and the same.
They can never be separated from who he is;
He is Love.
He is Justice.
He is Light.
He is Mercy.
He is Truth.
Do not expect to hear truth without it being revealed for the sake of mercy.
Mercy will reveal Truth.
Truth will reveal Mercy.
Mercy will reveal Justice.
Justice will reveal Mercy.
Light reveals Love.
Love reveals Light.
Light reveals Truth.
Truth reveals Light.
Light reveals Justice.
Light reveals Mercy. For three years the disciples followed Jesus,
......then they saw him be a lamb led to the slaughter right before his disciples eyes.....while his accusers were cursing and reviling him.
Jesus taught them how to love...not their lives.....unto death.......right before their eyes..
Just know that when you're being persecuted, cursed, rejected, abused, abandoned,
persecuted......in the worst way, you're actually in a strong place.
You have the brightest opportunity in the midst of this your enemy's persecuting you to
reveal what the laid down life of Love looks like.
When you're in this place,
You're in a strong place to lead the way in Humble love.....
to demonstrate what humble love looks like in the mist of persecution.
This is what Jesus did in front of his disciples.......
he died for the whole world right before his disciples eyes.....
while they beat and scourged him to where he was unnoticeable,
took his clothes, hung him on the cross naked, forced thorns into his head,
hammered nails into his feet and hands....
yet he did not revile nor speak out one word against them.
He was led to the cross as a lamb to the slaughter.
It is the cross we are ALL to bear, walk in the Spirit...and not in the flesh even when we disagree.
Can you imagine this...that his disciples followed him for three years.
They held onto every word that he spoke, they wanted to be like him,
heal like him, do miracles like him.........
then he demonstrated his words right before their eyes;
He laid down his life for his enemy's.
He taught them how to lay down their lives in Love for the sake of their enemy's.
Love is what he draws us to the well with so that we may drink of his life.
Heaven's heart through your laid down prayers will give forth life
The world says to love only those who loves you but our Heavenly Father teaches us through his Son Jesus, to love our enemies, even lay down our lives for our enemies.

If you really keep the royal law found in Scripture, “Love your neighbor as yourself, you are doing right.
Romans 12:14-16
John 15:13
“I’ve told you these things for a purpose: that my joy might be your joy,
and your joy wholly mature. This is my command:
Love one another the way I loved you. This is the very best way to love.
Put your life on the line for your friends.
You are my friends when you do the things I command you.
I’m no longer calling you servants because servants
don’t understand what their master is thinking and planning.
No, I’ve named you friends because I’ve let you in on everything
I’ve heard from the Father.
1 John 3:18-20
Matthew 5:43-47
“You’re familiar with the old written law, ‘Love your friend,’
and its unwritten companion, ‘Hate your enemy.’
I’m challenging that. I’m telling you to love your enemies.
Let them bring out the best in you, not the worst.
When someone gives you a hard time, respond with the energies of prayer,
for then you are working out of your true selves, your God-created selves.
This is what God does. He gives his best—the sun to warm and the rain to nourish—
to everyone, regardless: the good and bad, the nice and nasty.
If all you do is love the lovable, do you expect a bonus?
Anybody can do that. If you simply say hello to those who greet you,
do you expect a medal? Any run-of-the-mill sinner does that.
Matthew 5:38-42

[ Love Your Enemies ] “Here’s another old saying that deserves a second look: ‘Eye for eye, tooth for tooth.’ Is that going to get us anywhere? Here’s what I propose:
‘Don’t hit back at all.’ If someone strikes you, stand there and take it.
If someone drags you into court and sues for the shirt off your back,
gift-wrap your best coat and make a present of it. And if someone takes unfair advantage
of you, use the occasion to practice the servant life. No more tit-for-tat stuff. Live generously.

New International Version (NIV)
Romans 12:14-16
Bless your enemies; no cursing under your breath. Laugh with your
happy friends when they’re happy; share tears when they’re down. Get
along with each other; don’t be stuck-up. Make friends with nobodies;
don’t be the great somebody.

[ When We Practice Real Love ] My dear children, let’s not just talk about love; let’s practice real love.
This is the only way we’ll know we’re living truly, living in God’s
reality.
It’s also the way to shut down debilitating self-criticism, even when there is something to it.
For God is greater than our worried hearts and knows more about us than we do ourselves.
